I'm John, a life-long
resident of the Central Valley. Having obtained my
CompTia A+ Certification in 1999. I have worked
for over ten years as a computer technician performing
various tasks from diagnosing, upgrading, repairing, training
and general maintenance. I have extensive knowledge in
various Microsoft operating systems, as well as a wide range of
